Hong Kong Inspired Environment - UE4

For my final University project, I decided to create an outdoor modular environment heavily inspired by an image of "Lin Heung Tea House" taken by Alex Mao (@alexmao97) on Unsplash; and assemble it into a playable Unreal Engine 4 scene. As this was my first time creating a purely outdoor modular environment, I tackled many different foreign processes such as creating a modular kit, creating and working with trim sheet textures, and implementing lighting and IES lighting profiles into the scene.
